That Quilt!

Have you ever had one of those quilts? The one where everything goes wrong? You know, you clean up then can't find the blocks, you lay the blocks out and they fall off the bed, you lay them out again and the dog rearranges them. Then to top it off you sew it together wrong and don't notice until you are quilting, you can't sew a straight line because the blocks aren't lined up, yes sewed wrong. Yup, this was THAT QUILT.

However it is done!!! And no I did NOT resew it. The lines are crocked. I did not point it out and maybe Jerome will never notice.

Love this fabric! I used an odd assortment of black and white fabric for the crosses.

And the pattern was easy to follow, it was an operator error for sure.

This makes 4 twin quilts and 6 baby quilts this year. I would like to say I am ahead of the game in using my scraps but you could not tell looking around.

Look I was left a present in exchange for the plums.

 Enjoy your fall!

  1. I have not had a sewing project quite that bad... but close. But your quilt looks great! I'd never have known it was so much trouble.
