I have a wonderful brother in law! This quilt was to be for his birthday but I missed it. Not by much though not sure that counts in anything but horseshoes. A tale of a 2019 quilt.

He loved it!

I thought it looked so good at my place he almost didn't get it, lol.

Quilt is very happy in it's new home in New Brunswick!

Hello February!

Hello February! I have missed writing in my blog. More than that I can't remember what I have done!

I made this cute baby quilt for a member of our choir. It was for her second baby. Aneela Hoey has the best fabric ever!

This was a fabulous pattern to whip up. Love how it turned out!

For a little girl

My team mate is having a little girl in June. It will be her second child joining the young toddler they already have. As you can see by the pictures she like bright colours. This quilt should suit her perfectly. I must say I really love it!

I used the same pattern for her first baby and she adored that quilt.  Thought it would be perfect to have the same design.

Grandkid Quilts done!

I have been so slack in my posting! This quilt is from last year! We had the birthday party on New Year's. Thank you to all my wonderful helpers! Posing here in their new Christmas Jammies.

Critters Baby Quilt

I am a grandmother again. A little baby girl. Healthy. Both mom and baby doing well. I do not know more than that. And really that says it all. I made her a quilt.

When I visited her in the hospital who should I see but my mom and cousin. Super fun!

Baby quilts and bee blocks

I am making 2 quilts for February. A boy quilt and a neutral quilt.

The boy quilt is using the last of my favourite fabric. It is looking a little small so I think I will put borders on.

These are my bee blocks for October and November. I forgot to take a picture of December and it was a lovely Irish Chain block.

I'm the queen for January and we are making slab blocks! Yeah!

Log Cabin Love

My first finish of 2019! I am so in love with log cabins right now.

Started and finished this up for Christmas, well that was the plan. Presented the quilt then took it back to put the binding on it. LOL it is now in its new home.
