I love Plus Quilts. This is my second one. And I can see many more in my quilting future. They are perfect for those days you just want to sit and sew. No cutting just mindless sewing. I used 5 charm packs for this and just laid out the squares til I ran out.
I made this quilt from the castle block. I saw it somewhere on line and fell in love. I did not know it was on Moda Bake Shop until I read the Cuddle Quilters blog post today. Super fun easy block. I used one charm pack to make this baby size flimsy. And the best part is I only have one or two blocks left! Bonus! I hate having blocks left over.
Three baby quilts almost done. Castle, Hourglass and Heart Quilts.
Yeah! Three more or so to go!
I love your colours. Great choice. :)

I love your plus quilt, very colourful! Great idea to save time by using charm squares. I made a plus quilt this year too, such a cool pattern. Good luck with your baby quilts!
ReplyDeleteBoth quilts are beautiful, Pam! Especially love that Plus quilt. Lovely work!
ReplyDeleteI love quick simple quilts! I recently made a plus quilt too. Stop by my blog to check it out sometime. I'm visiting from Let's Bee Social.
ReplyDeleteLove the Plus quilt! Fun colors!
ReplyDeleteI love plus quilts too and have made a Christmas one with five charm packs. It makes a great size for a lap quilt. I love how colorful yours is.
ReplyDeleteGreat job! Your plus quilt is bright and cheery.
ReplyDeleteFun, fun quilts!
ReplyDeletePretty quilts Pam, you made me smile with the mindless sewing expression. I wonder when we will start to see the charm packs here in Spain. In our local shop they had TWO last Christmas ( I bought both)
ReplyDeleteThat's a lot of baby quilts Pam! These are really great with fun fabrics and will be much loved.
