Yes! Yes! Yes! done and delivered. This is the last of the quilts that traveled with me to Niagara Falls. I completed the binding the morning I flew out. Needless to say, in the rush of last minuteness, I forgot all my clothes and had to go shopping. The good news is that I had a ton of room in my suitcase after transporting four quilts.
Love this Holiday Hustle pattern and kit from Sew Lux. This is my fifth quilt using this pattern and I still really love it. Turns out perfect every time.
I used High Street by Lily Ashbury so the fabrics match her daughters two Jacob's Ladder quilts. Auntie Annies quilt also has a the pink and green and the backing fabric for the backing. I really liked this touch.
The 60th Wedding Anniversary was so fun! Wonderful catching up with everyone during a happy occasion!!! And all the quilts were a big hit!
Lovely quilt. Congrats on the finish!
ReplyDeleteWow! You sure are quilting up a storm! Congrats on all your amazing finishes.
ReplyDeleteLovely quilt!!! What w nice feeling...a finish!
ReplyDeleteAs usual, I love the way you put patterns and colours together, Pam.
ReplyDeleteThe next time I travel, I need to remember "forget" to pack my clothes... I'm ready for a new wardrobe! ;-)
Thanks for posting to TN&TN's WIP Wednesday!
This is a great finish. Too funny that you forgot your clothes.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful finish! Sounds like you had a wonderful time. Shopping for new clothes? Almost as much fun as shopping for fabric!
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful colors Pam! I completely missed that you were going to a 60th reunion in Niagara Falls. You were just shouting distance from me then. Although I am sure you were busy with family all the time. Did you shop for clothes at the outlet mall?
